Effort and Result are two very distinct intentions. Some people talk of effort. As an example a person may say: “I tried to reach 10 people today.” Others speak from accomplishment; example: I reached 10 people today. In other words doing what is required to reach the outcome. It’s so sexy and fun coming up with new goals and objectives. Most of us are pretty good at coming up with them. Fewer of us are good at sticking to them.
